Introducing the Luminary Lash Arizona State Board Approved 30-Hour Eyelash Extension Training Program

An in-person certification experience designed to provide aspiring lash artists with the education, hands-on training, and professional foundation needed to confidently begin a career in the eyelash extension industry.

This immersive 30-hour training program was carefully designed to combine advanced lash artistry education with real-world business knowledge, luxury client experience training, and Arizona state board compliant safety and sanitation practices. Whether you are completely new to lashes or looking to elevate your beauty career with a high-income service, the Luminary Lash method was created to help students develop both the technical skills and confidence needed to work professionally behind the lash bed.

Throughout the program, students will receive in-depth education on eyelash extension theory, including natural lash anatomy, lash growth cycles, proper lash weight distribution, curl types, lash diameters, lash lengths, adhesive science, humidity and temperature control, and the importance of maintaining natural lash health while creating beautiful customized lash sets.

Students will learn proper sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with Arizona state requirements, including infection control, workstation setup, disinfection practices, contraindications, client safety, allergic reactions, patch testing, proper eye pad placement, tape techniques, and maintaining a safe and professional lash environment.

The training also includes extensive hands-on education focused on developing proper lash application technique and precision. Students will learn how to properly isolate natural lashes, control adhesive placement, prevent stickies, improve attachment retention, and create clean, seamless lash applications while maintaining lash health and symmetry. Detailed instruction is provided on lash direction, layering, placement distance, lash wrapping techniques, and correcting common beginner mistakes.

A major focus of the program is lash styling and customization. Students will learn how to analyze eye shapes and facial features in order to create customized lash maps designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty. Training includes education on popular lash styling techniques such as doll eye, cat eye, open eye, wispy styling, textured lash sets, and luxury soft glam styling concepts used throughout the modern beauty industry.

Students will also gain hands-on experience performing full classic lash sets, lash fills, lash removals, client consultations, aftercare education, and proper lash maintenance techniques. Guided mannequin practice, live demonstrations, and supervised model work are incorporated throughout the course to ensure students receive personalized feedback and real-time coaching during application practice.

In addition to technical lash education, the Luminary Lash experience includes modern beauty business and branding education designed to help future artists confidently begin building their clientele after certification. Students will learn foundational concepts related to luxury branding, client communication, consultation skills, pricing structure, client retention, rebooking strategies, social media content creation, beauty photography, and creating a high-end client experience that encourages long-term business growth.

Enrollment includes a professional luxury lash kit filled with beginner essentials and professional-grade tools needed to begin practicing immediately, as well as access to the exclusive Luminary Lash Training Manual — a comprehensive educational resource designed to support students throughout training and beyond.

Upon successful completion of the Arizona State Board Approved 30-Hour Eyelash Extension Training Program, students will receive a certificate of completion recognizing their participation and training hours completed through Luminary Lash.

Foundations, sanitation, state board safety requirements, lash theory, product knowledge, and eye anatomy

• Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lash styling, mapping, isolation techniques, adhesive control, lash placement, and guided mannequin practice

• Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Classic lash application, retention training, lash layering, troubleshooting, and hands-on application practice

Weekend 2 AUGUST 7TH

• Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Client consultations, fills, removals, luxury client experience training, branding, and beauty business education

• Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Live model application, instructor-supervised coaching, final practical evaluation, certificate presentation, and graduation recognition
